D.O.T. Liner Wheel Simulator Set (NF23) by Phoenix USA®. Quantity: 4 Pieces. Front and Rear. 4 Hand Hole. Wheel simulator set, stainless steel DOT mounting style, 17" 8 lug 4 HH dual wheel. Mounts to 17" diameter by 6.5" wide, dual-rear-wheel, 4 hand hole, 8 lug on 200mm bolt circle, M14x1.5 lug stud applications. Phoenix USA Inc. DOT over-lug, bolt-on, stud mount wheel simulators with polished stainless steel finish. Front simulators dish out and rear simulators are deep dished to contour with the wheel. Front pop centers allow access to manual locking hubs.
