The United Pacific Chrome Quad-LED Headlight with LED Daytime Running Light and Sequential Turn Signal is designed for 2005–2015 Peterbilt 386 trucks and is available for either the driver or passenger side. Featuring a patented quadruple headlight design (Patent #D900,382), this all-LED assembly uses four 15W LEDs with individual low-beam projectors and high-beam reflectors, along with 128 white LED daytime running lights and 12 high-power 3W amber LEDs for sequential turn signals.
Compatible with 1999–2010 Peterbilt 387, 2007–2018 Peterbilt 382, and 2007–2014 Peterbilt 384 models, it features a quality polycarbonate lens, durable ABS rear housing, and a plug-in connection for the factory wiring harness, with the low beam producing 1,500 lumens at 5,500K and the high beam delivering 3,000 lumens at 5,500K on 12V DC power.
