This is a very Hi-Tech chemical designed to clean and deoxidize ALL metal surfaces without streaking, hazing, burning or damaging the surfaces. Removes scale, road film, most acid stains and even rust on Chrome! It is the easiest and safest way to prep the metal before polishing. It really takes the elbow grease out of polishing! Can be used with most cream type polishes. It really works great!
After saturating a palm size terry cloth towel with Aluminum Deoxidizer (Step-1), you simply wipe on surface. Then apply our Purple Metal Polish over the entire treated area and buff off to an incredible shine!
If your aluminum has a milky look to it even after being polished: try our Aluminum Deoxidizer before polishing, you will achieve a Crystal Clear Shine.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Aluminum Deoxidizer is a very special acid-based chemical that strictly eats oxidation. It does not remove metal. It works on all metal surfaces. It is so mild, that when applied there is no need to wipe or wash it off. It will never burn or etch the metal.

When using it on aluminum, no matter how highly polished the surface is, it will turn the surface white. Depending on how fast or slow the surface starts to turn white, or to what degree of whiteness, depends on how much oxidation is on the surface. The faster it turns white, or the whiter the surface gets, the higher the level of oxidation.

When using this product, don’t be afraid of it. In some cases, if the metal is extremely oxidized or if you are dealing with some sort of an acid stain, you may need to totally white-out the surface. By doing this you will find that most hard to clean problems are no longer a problem.

Defective Products:
Returns of defective products will receive replacement product in accordance to Manufacturer policy.

Non-Defective Products:
Returns of non-defective products must be in new resalable condition.

Refund:

• Returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase will be eligible for a 100% refund or store credit.
• Returns 31 - 90 days from the date of purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Returns over 90 days will be at the discretion of Berube’s Truck Accessories and be subject to a  25% or more restocking fee.
• Shipping will not be refunded for returned products (unless shipped defective or incorrectly by fault of Berube’s Truck Accessories).
• Receipt is required for refund.
• Refunds will be in same payment form as purchase (i.e. refunded to credit/debit card used for purchase, if the original card is not available a store credit will be issued, cash for cash, if the purchase was made by check a refund will be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase). Returns without a receipt will only receive a store credit and may be subject to a restocking fee. Return policy is subject to change.
