I had to grab several E-straps for my load. I called ahead to make sure they had them available. Talk to two different people, one guy transferred the call to the parts department, both were professional and courteous. I got there and the parts guy walked me to the straps and explained the different lengths. Cashier checked me out with great customer service to me and the other individuals in line. I'm 50+ and it just feels good to go into a store where a parts guy will walk you to the part, explains and says "no problem".

Bass Pro Shop's but everything is chrome! Awesome staff, plenty of parking and easy to get too. I've ordered many things here from Bumpers to Pipes and I haven't had an issue. Good access from I-93 North or South and just down the street from Pilot Truck Stop.
